I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hotel, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The experience was wonderful from start to finish, but what truly made my stay exceptional was Mr. Turkey. He is an incredibly kind, professional, and attentive individual. His warm hospitality and genuine care for guests made me feel truly welcome and at home. Mr. Turkey went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, and his positive attitude and helpfulness really made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the outstanding service provided by Mr. Turkey. Truly a remarkable experience!"

The hotel is approximately a 13-15 minute walk to Salam Gate 79. You can hear the Adhan (call to prayer) from the Kaaba at the hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. Special thanks to Mr. Said on the 19th floor and other staff members, Amr and Mohammed, for their exceptional hospitality. The staff were very polite and promptly fulfilled our requests. For example, when we requested water from the reception at midnight, they brought it within 5 minutes. They also checked daily to see if we needed anything. Additionally, Turki at the reception was very helpful regarding our room. We truly appreciate his assistance.

Ten to fifteen minutes walk from Makkah and all the shops needed were on the same street. Especially, Samin made a real difference to our stay and made a positive impact to our stay . Very polite and kind. He always cleaned our room thoroughly and I noticed on several occasions that he did the same for all the other rooms, working hard and diligently. He remembered the requirements of the rooms and restocked daily.

The property is close to haram and takes approximately 17mins to reach the haram to the gate 74 and toilet no WC 6. The staffs are very well polite gentle. Room service is excellent. Special thanks to Mohammad and Amr for their excellency job. The property also have a large sitting area down stairs. You can also view the clock tower from the property. Nice view from the window.

Turki Al Yazidi served as when we got there, got all our rooms sorted for us ASAP. We was given double cards for our room’s as they was 2 bedrooms which we took. So two people get a card each. Turki was really good and helped us through all our experience there. Without him we would be lost. He deserves recognition, amazing staff member he is and deserves 10 star ratings!
